Mexcorp, S.L. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications, published in the Official State Gazette on September 19, 2018. This Royal Decree transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The European Directive is based on the EN 301 549 standard “Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services,” which, in turn, is an adaptation of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1). The method used to prepare the statement was a self-assessment carried out by the organization itself, corresponding to the 3rd iteration requested from the Achecks website in accordance with the UNE-EN 301549:2022 Simplified Monitoring Methodology. Last review of the statement: April 1, 2026.
